Send Invitations To Guests
Send Invitations to Special Guests.
- Enter the names of your invited guests in the guest name column.
- Separate them with a new line (enter) to separate the names that will be invited.
- Enter the name of the guest, the guest name supports the symbol (&) comma(,) period(.) for example: Kavindu & Anjali
- Enter the introductory text according to your needs. You can also insert an invitation link and custom guest names in the introductory text that will be sent.
- When sending, there is an additional shortcode [invitation-link] to insert the invitation link into the introductory text.
- When sending an introductory text, add the shortcode [name] to insert the name of the guest you want to invite into the introductory text.
- Click Create a List of Guest Names if you have filled it in to get the invitation link that will be sent.
- Click the Share to Whatsapp button to send an invitation to the WhatsApp contacts of the guests you want to invite.
- Click the Copy Link button, and paste it on WA / Social Media when you want to distribute the invitation
- Click the Copy Foreword button to save the invitation generated results.
- You can delete the generated columns by pressing the delete button.
- It’s best to test it first and send it to your partner if this is your first time using this feature.
- It is recommended to use a smartphone/cellphone and use a CHROME BROWSER to use this guest invitation generator.
- Using a generator via PC/Laptop sometimes cannot display images when distributing invitations.
- You can display an image (thumbnail) when distributing invitations by clicking the WhatsApp send link, waiting a few seconds for WA to load the image. SO IT WILL NOT BE SENT IMMEDIATELY before the image appears.
- Sharing links via Instagram DM is not recommended, because IG is not a place to share links. Please share your invitation personally via message at No. Whatsapp your invited guests.
